Policies
At Jasmine Rose Photography, I understand that life happens & plans can change.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, our photography policies are outlined below. I encourage you to take a moment to review them, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further clarification. Your satisfaction is my priority!
Cancellations
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. For cancellations made prior to 48 hours, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Rescheduling: I am happy to accommodate rescheduling requests. Please contact me at least 48 hours before your session to avoid any fees. One complimentary reschedule is allowed, provided notice is given on time. Rescheduling within 48 hours may result in an additional fee. No-shows: If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule the session.
Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be made via Venmo to @JazRWood. Your session will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. Any remaining balance is due 48 hours before the day of the session.
Coverage
The photographer will provide coverage for the dates, locations, and continuous hours specified in this booking. Every reasonable effort will be made to take requested pictures, but no specific pose or photograph can be promised. Images determined by the photographer to be substandard or duplicated may be edited out. The Photographer will use her professional judgment & sole discretion to select which photos to deliver. Under no circumstances will Jasmine Rose release the raw images. You should receive, on average, 20 edited images per hour of coverage. This is not a guaranteed # as conditions, locations & cooperation can change.
Liability
Jasmine Rose Photography is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or allergies that may occur during your session. Please use caution at all times.
Digital Images/USBs
Upon receipt of a photo USB or Digital Images, the Client accepts all responsibility for archiving & protecting the photographs. The photographer does not permanently archive image files. The photographer is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read the discs provided. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure digital files are copied to new media as required.
Image Processing
Unless agreed upon prior to any editing work, high-resolution discs and/or proof sets may contain a mixture of color, black and white, limited color correction, and/or retouching are included at the Photographer's discretion. The Client may request further changes for an additional charge. For best results, clients with high-resolution files should order their prints through a reputable lab. You can request a sneak peek via our Facebook page during the editing time. The expected editing time from the date of the session is 1-2 weeks, and events 4-6 weeks. During peak season, this could change.
