Capture the intensity and excitement of your outdoor sporting event with a dedicated photography session. Whether it's a football game, soccer match, or any other sport, I’ll document the key moments, action shots of your player, and candid team interactions that make the day memorable. The session includes 20 professionally edited digital images delivered through an online gallery, perfect for sharing and reliving the highlights of your game! A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the start of your session. To secure your date, you will need to send your deposit to JazRWood on Venmo. Cancellation Policy
At Jasmine Rose Photography, I understand that life happens & plans can change. Please review the following policy before moving forward with your booking: Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be made via Venmo to @JazRWood. Your session will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. Any remaining balance is due before the day of the session. Digital Images/USBs: Upon receipt of a photo USB or Digital Images, the Client accepts all responsibility for archiving & protecting the photographs. The photographer does not permanently archive image files. The photographer is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided or for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read the discs provided. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure digital files are copied to new media as required. Liability: Jasmine Rose Photography is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or allergies that may occur during your session. Please use caution at all times. Coverage: The photographer will provide coverage for the dates, locations, and continuous hours specified in this booking. Every reasonable effort will be made to take requested pictures, but no specific pose or photograph can be promised. Images determined by the photographer to be substandard or duplicated may be edited out. The Photographer will use her professional judgment & sole discretion to select which photos to deliver. Under no circumstances will Jasmine Rose release the raw images. You should receive, on average, 20 edited images per hour of coverage. This is not a guaranteed # as conditions, locations & cooperation can change. Image Processing: Unless agreed upon prior to any editing work, high-resolution discs and/or proof sets may contain a mixture of color, black and white, limited color correction, and/or retouching are included at the Photographer's discretion. The client may request further changes for an additional charge. For best results, clients with high-resolution files should order their prints through a reputable lab. You can request a sneak peek via our Facebook page during the editing time. The expected editing time from the date of the session is 2-3 weeks, and events 4-6 weeks. During peak season, this could change. I strive to be flexible, so please reach out if you have any concerns or special circumstances, & I will do my best to work with you!
